The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi agreed with the submissions of Mr. D. Bhattacharya, Advocate, Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator, that consent orders cannot be reviewed, except in case of a fraud and coercion. It was further demonstrated before the Hon'ble Court as to how the Review Applicant was well aware of the circumstances over the years and only thereafter the consent orders were passed by the Hon'ble Court.
