A compromise before the Court cannot be ignored, except in event of fraud
The Hon'ble High Court of Delhi has re-affirmed the well settled law that compromises arrived at before the Courts are sacrosanct, and any deviation made in terms of the contract by the parties for the purposes of arriving at the settlement cannot be said to re-writing of the contract by the Hon'ble Court.
